I don’t know about you, but when I take the time to get a facial or a makeover (the “makeover” which I experienced only once on my wedding day!), it makes you feel like a million pesos! Sometimes it’s just the ticket to give a gal a spring in her step and a sense of rejuvenation.
Speaking of makeovers, Luna Encantada Condos recently received her own makeover thanks to the hardworking staff at Luna, and let’s just say she’s looking like a shiny new penny! I can attest to that because we visited Luna this summer and saw the condos being transformed by busy worker bees who have given this complex a rich and inviting look that makes visitors’ heads spin with appreciation!
Luna’s beachfront club has also undergone a transformation with new beach furniture that features a unique and vibrant color that makes Luna stand out from all the other private beach properties in Playa. Odin, the fabulous beach server continues to set up the loungers and umbrellas every day on the beach which is mere steps away from the condos, and he lavishes guests of Luna with triple-A attention and individual service. This is just another added bonus for discriminating guests who wisely choose to stay at Luna!
Along with the beautiful cosmetic touch-ups that Luna received, maintenance upgrades to the elevator and infinity pool were also completed. All this to say, Luna is lookin’ real good these days and guests will be in for a feast for the eyes!

Nov. 18th: A good food festival has something to offer everyone, and this international culinary event “Taste of Playa”, fits that bill & more. Nov. 22nd-24th: The 10th annual Riviera Maya Jazz Festival is happening at Mamitas Beach in Playa del Carmen, and it’s considered one of the ten best jazz festivals in the world. Opening day starts off with Latin percussionist Pete Escovedo (father of Sheila E. of Prince fame), and ends with Grammy award winning bassist Victor Wooten who’s well known for his work with the amazing Béla Fleck. World renowned jazz guitarist John Scofield (“Sco”), will close out the final night of the festival wowing the crowd with his jazz fusion style. As a jazz lover, this is quite an all star line-up and guess what? It’s all free!
