PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER FROM CANCUN AIRPORT TO LUNA ENCANTADA
Most of our guests use private roundtrip airport transportation via air-conditioned van right to your condo. It’s a very economical yet VIP way to travel. Our drivers have worked with us for many years and you will find them to be friendly, courteous , safe and professional drivers.
AIPORT TRANSFER ONE WAY TO PLAYA DEL CARMEN & ONE WAY TO CANCUN AIRPORT (To be paid in cash to our driver upon drop off. We do not benefit financially from this service; it’s just an extra perk to book with us!)
1-3 people: $55USD one way
4-7 people: $75USD one way
8 people: $95USD one way
Grocery Stop: It is $20USD for a grocery stop. Please arrange in advance so driver can plan for the extra time.

Our driver will track your flight & will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Drivers ONLY meet you outside the airport. Avoid all the agents inside the airport who want to book your transportation or sell you timeshares.
DEPARTURE TO AIRPORT TO RETURNHOME
Please allow for 3 hours to leave the complex for your departure at the airport. This allows for 1 hour to comfortably drive to the aiport, (in case of traffic or construction) and the 2 hours required for international check in. During high season & holidays you may want to add on an additional 30 minutes.
(Beer & bubbly are available for purchase during your transfer to the condo. Please ask for more information.)
AIRPORT TERMINAL PICK UPS
If your parties arrive at different terminals, pick up will be an additional $15USD per terminal. (Our driver will have to drive to the terminal, park & wait with a sign to greet the arriving people.)
One of our driver’s is also an excellent tour guide. He can take you to visit ancient Mayan ruins, swimming with sea turtles in their natural habitat, so swimming in a cenote or lagoon. Ask for details.
PARKING & DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO LUNA ENCANTADA
We do offer free parking but it’s based on availability. Please do not rent a car without securing a spot with us. In the case we do not have a availability, you can rent a car for the day at Dream Rentals.
DIRECTIONS TO LUNA ENCANTADA FROM CANCUN AIRPORT
Google maps may not be accurate so please follow below.
Please note: Calles are ‘streets’ in English and run in sets of 2s so 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th etc. Avenidas ‘avenues’ in English run in 5s, so 5th Ave., 10th ave., 15th ave. etc. Avenues run north & south, and streets run east & west. This is very helpful info when navigating Playa del Carmen.
Follow the directions on your GPS to get to highway 307 from the airport. (You will be heading south on the 307 to Playa del Carmen.)
*Stay on highway 307 for approx. 51 kilometres (approx. 30.5 miles.)
*You will see the exit ramp to Avenida Constituyentes, exit & stay in the left lane at the stop light.
*Turn left onto Avenida Constituyentes & you will pass by Avenidas (avenues) 30, 25, and 20, till you get to Avenida 15.
*Turn right onto Avenida 15 & pass Calles (streets) 10, 8, 6 till you get to Calle 4.
*Turn left onto Calle 4 & follow for a short block till you get to Avenida 10th.
*Turn left onto Avenida 10 & follow up one block to Calle 6. (There will be a OXXO convenience store on the corner.
*Turn right onto Calle 6. (There may be a barricade across the street. Remove it and pass through.)
*Next will be Avenida 5th (Quinta) which is pedestrian only. Stop & let tourists pass by.
*Once clear, cross 5th Avenue remaining on Calle 6. On the next block on the right-hand side is our complex Luna Encantada.
*Pull over, park & check in with the security guard. He will advise you on where to park in the underground garage. The garage code is 2580. Iif the garage door is closed when you wish to leave, there is a button on a pillar. (Please ask the guard to show you where this is.)
