VILLA AMENITIES & POLICIES & MEDICAL SERVICES

Please respect the check-out time of 11am & check in time of 3pm. If you are checking in and a guest has left the same day, you can leave your luggage at the villa till check in time. Our manager will accommodate you as best as she can. The same applies for check out time. Please discuss any changes of arrival & departure with Masha our manager.
Check Out: The day of check out, Masha the villa manager will arrive at the house prior to your departure to ensure all is in order. Your transportation will be pre-arranged prior to your stay.
Vonage Phone/WiFi: We offer complimentary WiFi at the villa and a landline for free calls to the US & Canada. (Masha will give you the WiFi password.)
Keyless Safes: Please store your important info like passports, money, jewelry in there along with your valuables. DO NOT carry your passport with you. Please note if valuables are left out or the safe open, maid service will not proceed for your protection and theirs.
Drinking Water: We provide complimentary purified bottled water.
A/C: Is individually controlled in each room. Please do not keep the A/C on with your windows open. Failure to do so can result in the termination of your reservation.
Towels, Linens & Toiletries: We provide an ample supply of beach towels, bath towels, linens and luxurious toiletries.
Housekeeping: You will enjoy daily maid service from Maribella (with the exception of Sundays & holidays, unless that is your arrival/departure day). Please see gratuity/tip information.
Massage Services: Masha can arrange for in-villa massages or there is beach massage $.
Pool Cleaning: The pool is cleaned every 3 days to keep it sparkling.
Water Activities: Water activities are on the beach for rental as the villa is close to a resort. Ask Masha for details. If you go right into town, there is cheap beach massage ($35USD for 1 hour.) You can rent jet skis & paddle board or go parasailing.
Excursions: There are amazing activities to do in the area: visit ancient Mayan Ruins, swim with sea turtles in their natural habitat, swim in a cenote (unique only to the Yucatan Peninsula) or swim in a lagoon. A wonderful adventure for families is a visit to Xel Ha, Xcaret or Xplor Parks. Or book a boat cruise or snorkeling adventure! Lots of fun choices if you can tear yourself away from the villa! VILLA POLICIES
*No other guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved.
*The villa accommodates 8 adults & up to 2 children 12 & under.
*No smoking is allowed within the villa & if you smoke outside, please do not keep the doors of the villa open. Please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed of in an ashtray & not on the beach, or on the property.
*No pets are allowed on the property.
*Please do not walk through the house with wet or sandy feet.
*Please do not sit in a wet bathing suit on indoor furniture.
*Please do not have glass in the pool/Jacuzzi. (Use a plastic cup.)
*Please do not eat in the pool or Jacuzzi.
*Please ensure babies wear swim diapers in the pool.
*Please ensure all children are supervised around the pool & Jacuzzi & that gates are shut to the beach so children cannot access the beach.
*Please ensure that all valuables are locked in the safe, including your passport.
