The condo offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms, quality mattresses and linens, bath and beach towels. It also offers individually controlled a/c in the bedrooms.
 
BEACH CLUB SERVICE | INFINITY POOL | BEACH MASSAGE
-Our beach attendant Abdias will set up your loungers, umbrellas & tables daily
-Purchase food/drinks from the beach club nearby & it will be delivered right to your lounger. Discounts are given to our guests. Gratuity not included)
-Float in the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.
-Beach massage is mere feet away at very reasonable rates. Guests receive discounts. Approx. $35US for a 1 hour massage.
-Paddleboard, kaya rentals next door. Jet skis & parasailing is available on the beach.

The charming complex has only 24 condos making for an intimate setting with everything at your fingertips. Offering eye-catching sculptures, artwork, & a trickling fountain, & stunning tropical landscaping.
 
Simply walk out your door & you're at the pool, beach & just mere steps to beach clubs, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping & more. Spend a day visiting eco-nature parks (Xel-Ha, Xcaret), ancient Mayan Ruins, zip-lining, scuba diving, snorkeling, or visiting colonial towns!

RENTAL PAYMENT PROCESS
*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link.
 
This is a dream condo, but best of all, when you book with our rental managers Sally & Tonya of Playa Beach Getaways you can rest assured they will hold your hand from start to finish to ensure your vacation is stress-free & memorable! (Please note Things We Can't Control below.)

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control outside music, noise, from neighboring properties or from beach clubs etc. that the complex is close to. The condo enjoys hurricane glass which helps reduces outside sound. As our Super Host status & reviews show, this is a popular & well-loved condo!
*The construction that began across the street in 2022 is on hold. They have almost finished the outside & if it resumes we'll do our best to keep our guests updated. Most guests have not been affected by this.
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). Barriers are in place to reduce its impact & they clean the beaches on a regular basis. To date sargassum in 2024 was very low!
*On the very rare occasion if the condo has an emergency repair, we will do our best to move you to another condo.
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occasion that it may go out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation. Things happen, illness, job loss, flight cancellations etc.
