Not only are we right on the beach but we're only a 1/2 block to lively 5th Avenue, & everything is right at your fingertips!
 
This luxurious condo offers majestic ocean & beach views from all common areas of the condo. The impressive 10-foot ceilings & ample windows offer a sun-filled ambience! And being an end-cap unit & directly on the front of the building it offers dreamy unobstructed views & an extra-large wrap-around balcony.
 
Slide open your balcony doors to bask in the comfort of the furnished balcony surrounded by lush tropical plants & shrubs offering both an ocean & jungle feel. At the end of your terrace is the infinity pool & a few more steps you're on your beach lounger.  
 
This is an ideal condo for couples, families & anyone with mobility issues. So easy to pop in & out of the condo for a drink, snack, washroom break etc.

BEACH SERVICE | INFINITY POOL | BEACH MASSAGE
-Abdias our much-loved beach attendant will take great care of you by setting up your lounger, table & umbrella daily.  (No lounge chair wars here!)
-Purchase food & drinks off the beach club menus delivered right to your lounger. (Menu offers breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts are given to our guests.
*Float in the infinity pool which overlooks the beach/ocean (Great people-watching, or lounge by the pool with a drink & a book.
-Beach massage is mere feet away. (Approx. $45USD for 1 hour massage.)
-NOTE: Our complex is one of the few on the beach that doesn't have boats tied up in front obstructing swimming & ocean views

We're exceptionally well-located; mere steps to fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping etc. It's only a 10 min. walk to the ferry to Cozumel Island. No need to rent a car as Playa is a walking town & everything is right outside your door.  Paddle-board rentals, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks are for rent right on the beach. Enjoy nature/water parks, (Xel Ha, Xcaret, Xplor) Mayan ruins, ziplining, & more.

RENTAL PAYMENT PROCESS
*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link.

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). Barriers are in place to reduce its impact & they clean the beaches on a regular basis. To date sargassum has been very low this summer!
*We cannot control outside music, noise, from neighboring properties or from beach clubs etc. that the complex is close to. The condo enjoys hurricane glass which helps reduces outside sound. As our Super Host status & reviews show, this is a popular & well-loved condo!
*The construction that began across the street in 2022 is on hold. They have almost finished the outside & if it resumes we'll do our best to keep our guests updated. Most guests have not been affected by this.
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occasion that it may go out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation. Things happen, illness, job loss, flight cancellations etc.
