-You can purchase food & drink & it will be delivered right to your lounger. (Menu offers breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts are given to our guests. Gratuity not included.)
-Float over the infinity pool which overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.
-Beach massage is mere feet away at very reasonable rates. Rate: Approx. $35 for a 1 hour massage.

Walk out your door & you're at the pool, beach & just mere steps to beach clubs, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping & more. Spend a day visiting eco-nature parks (Xel-Ha, Xcaret), ancient Mayan Ruins, zip-lining, scuba diving, snorkeling, or visiting colonial towns!
 
We can help arrange your private transportation for a very reasonable fee.

RENTAL PAYMENT PROCESS
*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their booking fee. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link.
 
This is a dream condo, but best of all, when you book with our rental managers Sally & Tonya of Playa Beach Getaways you can rest assured they will provide you with top-notch customer service. (Please note Things We Can't Control below.)

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants etc. We are situated next to a beach club that plays music dailyi into the evening. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests have no issues with noise.
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). The city has placed barriers in the ocean to help reduce its impact on the area & they clean the beaches on a regular basis. Our complex hires extra help when needed.   (Overall 2023 sargassum season was low.)
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occassion that service may be out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation. Things happen; illness, job loss, flight cancellations etc. so please protect yourself and your vacation.
